EATON’S NEGOTIATED CONFERENCE ROOM RATE is $149.00 plus applicable taxes. This rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates, based on availability. Rollaway beds are available at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Please confirm your departure date upon check in to avoid penalty for early departure.

Airport Transportation Information



Lambert – St. Louis International Airport – is located 20 minutes (approx. 5 miles) from the Hyatt Regency at the Arch.

Airport Transportation:
The Hyatt Regency at the Arch does not have an in-house shuttle service.

Go Best Express: is an outsourced shuttle service that will pick up from the airport and drop off at the Hyatt (depending on passengers, it may also stop at other hotels as well). Please call prior to your scheduled flight to schedule a pickup time or round trip 314-222-5300 or visit gobestexpress.com - $25.00 one way $45.00 round trip.

Taxi: Cost from the St. Louis International Airport is approximately $35.00 - $40.00 plus gratuity, each way.

Conference Registration Information



After registering online for the ENSC 2017, please print out the last page of the registration form, this page may be used as a receipt when submitting your expenses to your company for reimbursement. The charges on your credit card will reference Leave It To LaFever, Ltd.; this is the Corporate Meeting Planning Company handling the logistics for the ENSC. ENSC Cancellation Policy



ENSC Attendees:
There will be a $100.00 handling fee for any cancellations prior to March 16th, 2017. There will be no refunds 30 days prior to the conference.

ENSC Vendors:
Due to limited space, there will be a cancellation fee of ½ the cost of the registration fee of $1,495.00 prior to Feb. 14th, 2017. There will be no refunds 60 days prior to the conference.

ATTENTION VENDORS:

Neither the Hyatt Regency at The Arch nor Eaton Corporation is responsible for any expenses associated with the shipping of material, merchandise, exhibits or any other items to and from the hotel.

The Hyatt regency at The Arch has a loading dock and street access to a freight elevator. All large shipments will have to fit in the freight elevator which measures 8’ (w) x 8’ (h) x 18’6” (d) and an 8,000 lb weight limit. The freight elevator accesses the back of house hallway which leads to the Regency EF Ballroom – Second floor (Vendor Exhibit Location). If needed, the hotel does have a pallet jack but NO fork lift. All equipment, pallets, etc. must be able to fit through the ballroom doorway measuring at 5’ (width) X 7’6” (height).

Information on shipping fees and hotel requirements will be sent to all registered vendors no later than 60 days prior to the conference.

Package Shipping and Receiving: - Please read carefully
Shipments to the hotel should be received no more than three (3) days prior to the event. The Hotel does not accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays or other materials, which arrive unmarked or fail to arrive at the hotel. The Group is responsible for insuring its property for loss or damage.

Delivery Procedures:



* For inbound/outbound pallets or crates, the receiving and delivery charges are consolidated into a single fee of $150.00, which is applied to each pallet/crate handled. A labor fee of $70.00 per hour will apply for breaking down pallets, building pallets, or excessive package handling/moving due to a customer’s request. The labor fee can be charged in 15 minute increments. ** No handling fees will be charged for outbound packages weighing 0-1 pound that are brought to the FedEx Office Business center by a guest.



A one-time package storage fee will apply to each package received and stored for more than five (5) calendar days. Items measuring over 6.5 feet in size are considered oversize and will be assessed an additional oversize fee if stored for more than five (5) calendar days.

Vendor Shipping Instructions



General Shipping Information:
Both UPS and FedEx deliver to the hotel on a daily basis (Mon. – Fri.). Fedex is the in-house shipping provider therefore, all packages will be shipped out via Fedex. If you have a UPS account and labels you may ship out via UPS however, UPS labels will NOT be available onsite. Groups are responsible for packing and labeling their own outbound shipments and leaving them in designated areas for pickup after vendor show.

All packages and boxes must contain a label providing the following information:
