EATON NEGOTIATED CONFERENCE ROOM RATE is $149.00 plus 13% tax and $1.00 City of Savannah tax, this rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates, based on availability. Rooms with a River View are available at the rate of $199.00.
Complimentary High Speed Internet: Complimentary internet access in sleeping rooms of all registered attendees.
Discounted Valet Parking: $12.00 per day. Please mention you are with the Eaton ENSC

Cost from Savannah International Airport is $30.00 - $35.00 plus gratuity, each way.
K- Shuttle Information - 877-243-2050 – Approx. Cost: $25 each way, $39.00 Round Trip – plus $4.00 inbound fee.
www.kshuttle.com – Arrivals/Departures must have Pre-Arranged Reservations, there are no shuttles posted at the airport. All shuttle passengers arriving at the Savannah Airport will meet the K-shuttle just outside of baggage claim.
Note: The Average Travel Time is 45 - 60 Minutes. Outbound passengers should be sure to allow 60 minutes to travel to the airport and at least 60 minutes for check in and security check at the airport.
NOTE: Airport Fee: The Savannah Airport imposes a $4 per person fee for all inbound passengers; this fee will be added to your order as a separate charge. No fee is charged for outbound passengers.
When registering on-line for the ENSC 2012 conference, please print out the last page of the registration form, this page may be used as a receipt when submitting your expenses to your company for reimbursement. There will be a $100.00 handling fee for any cancellations prior to Feb. 24th, 2012. There will be no refunds 30 days prior to the conference.
ENSC Vendors:
Due to limited space, there will be cancellation fee of ½ the cost of the registration fee of $1,395.00 prior to Jan. 24, 2012. There will be no refunds 60 days prior to the conference.
